Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

• In the app: open My plan and use Request a refund. Tell us why if you like (optional).
• Or visit paddle.net, look up your order and request a refund there, or reply to your receipt email.

What happens next

• We review each request, usually within 3 business days, and reply by email.
• Approved refunds are paid back to your original payment method by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
• When a subscription is refunded, it is cancelled and paid features stop. Your books and notes stay in your account.
• Extra page packs can be refunded within 30 days.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from My plan. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
