Terms and Conditions

FocusStudy and FocusRead are provided by Easy Learn Group, the legal business name of the seller ("we", "us"). When you use either app or buy a plan, you are contracting with Easy Learn Group. By creating an account or continuing to use FocusStudy or FocusRead, you agree to these terms.

The service

FocusStudy and FocusRead let you photograph book pages and uses AI to read them aloud, summarise them, explain and translate them, and create flashcards and quizzes in Arabic and English.

Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your password private, and be of legal age or have a parent's permission. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, fraud or spam.
• Only upload content you have the right to use. Do not infringe copyright or other rights.
• No malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering or getting around usage limits.
• Do not use the AI to create illegal, hateful or harmful content, or try to bypass its safety rules.

AI output

AI explanations, summaries and translations can be wrong. Check important information yourself. Both apps are study aids, not professional advice. You are responsible for what you upload and how you use the results. We may remove content, limit features or refuse outputs that break these terms. Rights holders can report infringing content to us, and repeat infringers will lose access.

Ownership

We own FocusStudy and FocusRead, its software, design and brand. You keep the rights to the content you upload and give us a limited licence to process it only to provide the service. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use FocusStudy and FocusRead within your plan.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, renewal, tax, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; after cancelling you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Availability

We work to keep both apps running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for serious breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You can delete your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
